We are excited to announce that FanDuel has joined the Aerodei family as a new client! FanDuel, a leader in the online gaming and sports betting industry, has made significant strides in its mission to drive inclusion across its organization. As a company committed to innovation and engagement, FanDuel recognizes the importance of creating opportunities for all groups to thrive within their workforce.

As part of this commitment, FanDuel’s VP, Diversity Equity Inclusion Keita Young has chosen Aerodei+ services to build on the foundation of their existing initiatives, including those created in partnership with McKinsey & Co. FanDuel’s Overtime Sessions for emerging leaders is a NEW groundbreaking program designed by Aerodei to create new growth opportunities within the organization. This initiative will provide tailored support for future leaders, offering them the tools and strategies needed to navigate their career paths with confidence and success.

Aerodei is honored to be an integral part of this journey by developing and facilitating the custom content for FanDuel's Overtime Sessions. We are thrilled to help create an immersive, interactive learning experience for participants. Additionally, we are ensuring that FanDuel’s managers are deeply embedded in the program, fostering an environment of support, accountability, and collaboration.

In October, we’ll kick off our first series titled "Maximizing Your Performance" for FanDuel employees. These sessions will offer a hands-on, real-time approach to leadership and career development, allowing participants to engage in practical exercises that will enhance their skills and performance.

In November, Aerodei is leading a session focused on “Turning Feedback into Fuel” which will equip participants with skills on transforming unfavorable feedback into opportunities for growth, improvement, and success.

The workshop series will conclude in December with a session titled “Perfecting Your Pitch,” featuring a proven set of strategies designed to help participants craft compelling elevator pitches. This session will guide them in articulating their role, impact, and aspirations while keeping a customer-first mindset. Participants will learn how to communicate their value, ideas, and goals clearly to both stakeholders and team members, while also building their internal network of mentors and advisors, both within and beyond FanDuel.

FanDuel's decision to move forward with Aerodei+ services highlights their unwavering dedication to not only advancing their Inclusion goals but also fostering a workplace where every individual can succeed and contribute to the company's future growth. We're excited to partner with FanDuel on this journey and can’t wait to see the positive impact these programs will have.
